New Years Eve Glamp-out at Little Oak
Join us for the most beautiful way to bring in the New Year!
Spend New Year's Eve and awaken in 2025 surrounded by rescued animals amidst a stunning Australian landscape at Little Oak Sanctuary.
As 2024 draws to a close, we'll welcome guests to Little Oak Sanctuary and then head on a tour with co-founders Kate & James.
On the tour, Kate & James will share the stories of the rescued residents and guests will be able to interact with the more outgoing animals.
We'll then settle down for a chilled afternoon with some music, wine, and pre-dinner vegan cheese platters, before spending sunset reflecting on the year that was and spending some more time with the animals (sheep cuddles, anyone?).
Dinner will be "design your own" vegan pizzas, with fresh, hand prepared pizza dough (gluten-free options available). Far from the city lights, we'll be able to spend the evening stargazing and playing Little Oak trivia (optional of course!). Wine and soft drinks will also be available, we of course request that guests drink responsibly and respectfully on sanctuary grounds.
As we peacefully welcome in the new year, guests can retire to their accommodation - either in beautifully furnished glamping or glam camping tents or in their own tent, van or campervan (options outlined below).
Once dawn breaks, guests can choose to welcome 2022 watching the sunrise, or of course, stay in bed that little bit longer!
A buffet breakfast of cereals, granola, toast, juice and coffee (plant-based milk only) will be provided.
Guests who would like to help us feed the 240+ animals breakfast are also welcome to come along for the feed run and spend a little more time with the animals before heading home.
For safety reasons, this event is only open to fully vaccinated individuals aged 18+ years as of 31 December 2021.
Glamping Package - Spend the night at Little Oak in our furnished 5m Bell Tent (FULLY BOOKED)
Reawaken in 2022 amongst rescued animals and nature with unique overnight accommodation in a beautifully appointed glamping Bell tent. Bedding can be either our single or queen-sized (let us know what you'd prefer) quality air beds all set up with sheets, quilts and pillows. Book the whole tent for you and that special someone, or split the cost among friends

This event is only open to guests aged 18 years and over on Friday 31st December 2021

This event is only open to guests who are fully (two doses) vaccinated against Covid 19

The event starts at 3 pm, Friday 31st December 2021, and finishes at 11 am Saturday 1st January 2022

For the safety of our animal residents, no dogs are allowed

Toilets (flushing) and basic shower facilities are available

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
