About the Event

Join us for a guided tour of Little Oak Sanctuary, where you'll step into a peaceful bushland haven dedicated to the care and well-being of farmed animals. During this immersive experience, you'll learn about the sanctuary's mission and the incredible stories of the animals who call it home.

As we stroll through the sanctuary, you'll meet a diverse group of residents, each with their own unique personality and story. From Sadie, the orphaned lamb, to Bubba the goat, to the charismatic chickens who love a good chat, every animal here is an individual with their own quirks and preferences.

You'll also have the chance to meet survivors of the horse racing industry, like Lucky and Didge, along with their gentle giant friend, Clancy the Clydesdale.

Dairy industry survivors Hazel the Blind Calf, James Brown, Jack Black, and Barry White are always excited to greet new visitors and eager to share their tales of resilience.

We'll also introduce you to the smallest equines of our sanctuary family, mini ponies Lancelot and Phoenix, who were rescued from neglect and now enjoy a life full of love and care. If time allows, we'll visit our friendly pigs, including Charlotte, Portia, Prince, and Willow, as well as their other piggy pals.

Our tour concludes at the Sharing Shed, where you can explore more about our work and discover how you can get involved in making a difference for animals.

This tour isn't just about seeing the animals; it's about connecting with them, understanding their lives, and learning how you can contribute to a more compassionate world.
