The Compassionate Stakes: Festival of Kind Living
What if a day out could leave the world a little lighter? The Festival of Kind Living lands in Glebe Park on Sunday 1 November, a free family-friendly festival from Little Oak Farm Animal Sanctuary celebrating kinder choices in food, fibre and fun.
At the heart of it all: our famous inflatable T-Rex and Unicorn races, where the only thing getting flogged is your dignity. Back a contender, cheer wildly, then wander a day packed with delicious food, live performances, hands-on workshops, market stalls, a fashion swap and a dedicated Kids Zone.
Come hungry, bring the family, and discover how easy it is to tread lightly and still have a brilliant day.
Free entry, 10am to 3pm. All welcome.

RACE 1 - BIG BANG - The ultimate battle between T-Rexes and Unicorns: This is the race where it all begins! Sign up for the first race of the 2025 Compassionate Stakes. Race distance, approximately 100 metres. 14 costumes available, don't be a Saur loser, grab your friends and sign up today! Prizes awarded for 1st Male, Female & Non-Binary racers (that's some good odds!).

KIDS RACE 1 - TINY TITAN TROT - For kids aged 5-7 and 8-12 yrs: Mini Dinos (in dino capes and caps) race a short course (50-100m). 8 costumes available to race in, the kids can join in all the fun - sign up today!
